David Kwabla Bruce is a seasoned educator with over 38 years in education, beginning in the classroom and growing into senior advisory roles in multinational NGOs with global exposure on and out of the continent of Africa. He brings a deep understanding of how children learn, how communities support learning, and how programs are designed to be equitable and inclusive.

As Board Chair and Director of IntelliLearn.org, David provides strategic oversight of accessible and innovative educational solutions. His leadership ensures that every decision made at IntelliLearn is grounded in decades of frontline teaching experience and a genuine commitment to learner welfare.

David is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing rigorous planning, monitoring, and evaluation discipline to the organisation's growth and program delivery.
